About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain automation applications, ensuring successful execution of automation products.
  2. Design and configure efficient, well-structured, and maintainable programs, scripts, and objects.
  3. Collaborate with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.
  4. Analyze business processes from Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
  5. Integrate and deploy automation projects, analyzing business processes and recommending improvements.
  6. Develop automation solutions around business processes, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  7. Create and document test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases.
  8. Blend business analysis with hands-on configuration of automated processes.
  9. Analyze and document infrastructure requirements.
  10. Design automation process solutions in accordance with business processes.
  11. Configure new automation processes and objects using core workflow principles.
  12. Create and maintain solution documentation.
  13. Identify and communicate technical infrastructure with standard automation design principles.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in Automation Technologies, with a strong understanding of VBA,.NET, Selenium, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, Web Services, RPA, and more.
  2. Ability to break down large automation projects into smaller, manageable tasks.
  3. Proficiency in Agile Methodology and active participation in SCRUM processes.
  4. Capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and produce clear documentation.
  5. Strong analytical and logical skills, with the ability to solve complex issues.
  6. Experience with software development environments, debugging, workflow-based logic, and creating workflow diagrams.
