Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex workflows and processes across multiple systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to develop technical solutions that align with business needs and organizational standards.
  • Work closely with Technical Program Managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices and oversee changes to the production environment.
  • Handle escalations for critical and complex incidents, expediting resolutions to minimize business impact.
  • Monitor essential performance indicators (KPIs) daily, analyzing metrics to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles, with a focus on orchestration, automation, and cloud technologies.
  • 3 years of experience in leading technical teams in designing, implementing, and managing orchestration solutions in production.
  • Proficiency in data query languages like SQL and understanding of data integration standards.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security Standards (NIST, COBIT, ISO) and Identity and Access Management standards and best practices.
  • Experience working with Application integration via Secure API methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
