About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Balazs as a Service Desk Operations Manager, where you will be responsible for leading the execution of two core services in APAC: Remote Support and Automation.

As a key member of the Global Infrastructure and Operations team, you will drive efforts to shift work to the Service Desk for automation opportunities, ensuring the adoption of automation services, including tools, knowledge, and self-help. You will engage with stakeholders to deliver and monitor these services, which are critical to the success of our organization.

You will oversee the delivery of all Service Desk Support functions to the Hub user base, maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. If you have experience managing regional service desk support teams and possess strong ServiceNow reporting capabilities, we encourage you to apply.
