Service Desk Specialist with Japanese and English

  • Deep experience (or equivalent) in technical support
  • JLPT N1 or N2 for Japanese Language and Good English
  • Good knowledge of the ticketing tool
  • Team player attitude
  • Previous experience with L1 remote support including troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution, and software deployment
  • Willingness to work in shifts between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm from the office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff

Providing IT support to end users located in various locations globally.

Analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for application/OS problems.

Opening, closing, and monitoring tickets in our ticketing system throughout their lifecycle.

Contacting end users by phone, email, and chat.
