Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and strategy for our clients' technology architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.
  • Collaborate with senior architects to design and develop robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that meet business needs and customer requirements.
  • Analyze business requirements, strategies, challenges, and critical customer journeys to inform solution development.
  • Gather and document functional requirements to define business, data, application, and technology architectures.
  • Lead the management of application architecture and deployment in cloud environments.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with teams to achieve IT and business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in software development, including leadership roles.
  • Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of coding methods, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proven experience leading business application development teams of 10+ members.
  • Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Git/GitHub.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
