We seek a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact within a cluster of countries for matters related to the supply chain, you will deliver, execute, and monitor actual performance against annual operating plans.

Responsibilities

  1. Leads the local supply chain team to ensure seamless integration of all key business processes from supplier to customers.
  2. Develops and executes annual operating plans, including service, quality, and accuracy levels, while maintaining short-and long-term flexibility in cost base.
  3. Ensures execution of local logistic services and customer services to meet customer demand within budget/global guidelines.
  4. Leads and guides the local IBP/demand planning process, executing local demand planning and coordinating co-packing activities.
  5. Creates and aligns local annual operational plan for logistics based on central Supply Chain targets in terms of costs, activity scope, projects, priorities, and agreed service levels.
  6. Establishes governance framework for monitoring, control, and reporting on all the above.
  7. Fosters a culture of people development within own area and consistently improves capabilities and engagement in the direct and indirect team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of leading experience in FMCG operations (Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing).
  • Experience working in a cross-boundary/multi-cultural environment.
  • Proven results in achieving excellent targets, e.g., cost reduction, improving customer service level, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proven results in building successful teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
