About the Role

As a Digitalisation Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of workstream related processes and sub-processes in SAP Ariba globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high engagements with stakeholders and appointed consultants in workstream implementation life cycle activities, reviewing proposed methods and providing timely monitoring, progress, and escalation reporting to the PDT project lead.
  • Develop and implement strategies for workstream implementation alongside appointed consultants, including planning, timelines, and defined deliverables.
  • Act as the point of contact for SDG management, relevant process owners, and stakeholders in supporting the business to achieve high-quality implementation of workstream related processes and sub-processes in SAP Ariba globally.
  • Support SDG in establishing organisational change related to digitalisation under the PDT initiative globally, providing guidance and recommendations on potential solutioning and opportunities for improvements.
  • Collaborate with SDG's management to realise approved strategies through implemented solutions as part of SAP Ariba.
  • Establish monitoring and reporting needs for activities/processes within the workstream, both inside and outside the ERP environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in system implementation/integration, specifically for workstream related to Sourcing to Contract and Buying.
  • Hands-on management and leading of workstreams/projects in a large global organisation that is functional by structure.
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of ERP modules related to P2P and S2C, competent in Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle, and Performance, Guided Buying in Ariba, and Buying modules.
  • Experience in managing large complex projects at a global/regional scale, involving multiple business units, countries, and a large base of end-users.
  • Experience in change management related to digitalization or operational change management.
  • Ability to cope well with ambiguity and achieve results in an environment with multiple and sometimes conflicting interests.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, building relationships, influencing, and appropriating people at all levels internally and externally.
  • Confident managerial and leading skills with high comprehension/experience in operational management.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive differentiated approaches.
  • Familiar with digital procurement tools, methods, and technologies.
  • Strong ability in analytics, OKRs/KPIs setting, and monitoring.
  • Proven track record of system-related implementation.
