Job PurposeThe primary purpose of this role is to provide customer service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for managing daily branch operational activity, monitoring compliance, and regulatory requirements in accordance with the bank's internal policy and regulatory requirements.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest quality customer experience through customer service and image enhancement opportunities. This includes assisting in referral and cross-selling of deposits/investment/Banca Takaful products & cross-selling activities towards achieving branch targets.
