Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Policy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client policies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Policy Management: Support in organizing, updating, and managing client policies, ensuring that all details are accurate, current, and compliant with industry regulations.
  2. Claims Management Assistance: Provide basic support in managing and tracking claims for clients, ensuring that the claims process runs smoothly and clients are updated on the status of their claims.
  3. Customer Service Support: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to policy details, claims, and general insurance coverage.
  4. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all documentation related to client policies, claims, and renewals is properly completed, organized, and complies with both company policies and regulatory standards.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including maintaining accurate client records, filing documents, and preparing reports for internal teams.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree or above
  2. Insurance Understanding: Basic understanding of general insurance policies and the underwriting process. Exposure to underwriting would be an advantage.
  3. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles, such as a customer service representative, with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  4. Administrative and Documentation Skills: Strong organizational skills, with experience managing documentation and records in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  5. Claims Knowledge: Familiarity with the claims process and the ability to support clients and the internal team in managing claims effectively.
  6. Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  7. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in handling documentation, policies, and claims, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  8. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to achieving team goals and supporting colleagues across different departments.
  9. Analytical Skills: Ability to assist in assessing risk and evaluating policy options to provide the best possible coverage for clients.
