Job Summary

The Head of Expense Management will be responsible for leading the management of all expenses across multiple business/strategy support units for Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of financial analysts in monitoring and analyzing expenses enterprise wide.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current expense management policies.
  • Formulate and recommend policy changes or improvements to senior leadership.
  • Direct business/strategy support unit planning, budgeting, accounting, and provide expense reporting and analysis to business/strategy support unit leadership.
  • Be accountable for the governance of financial activities as well as consistent and accurate delivery of all financial information, data, and analysis for business/strategy support units.

Required:

  4. Experience with regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and federal legislation.
  5. Experience managing financial tools, models, reports, and analyzing budgets and performing financial analysis.
