Responsibilities:
  • Handle client enquiries to liaise with insurers and service providers
  • Work closely with underwriters on policy quotations and daily operations
  • Ensure timely processing of policy documents and debit notes after placement
  • Provide support in data entry and documentation
  • Maintain the quality and timeliness of client deliverables

You will be working closely with our experienced team members to provide excellent customer service, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain efficient workflow.
