Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure network printers and other equipment.
  • Perform on-site support for production PC issues, failures, etc.
  • Receive and update tickets accordingly to SOP, and prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience required in IT technical support.
  • Must be able to handle basic hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Must be able to handle basic network/printer configuration.
  • Possess driving license with own transport to travel to customer's site.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Mandarin speaking is a MUST as we have Mandarin speaking customers.
