  • Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor daily costs and productivity through costing books.
  • Assist in preparing monthly progress reports, payment summaries, and other reports required by management.
  • Manage resources, including labor, machinery, and buildings, to optimize productivity.
  • Provide leadership skills to estate staff to achieve targets and deliver good performance.

Professional Experience:
  • Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook.

  • Good knowledge of budgeting and accounting standards and systems used in oil palm and agriculture plantations.
