About the Role

V Hotel seeks an experienced Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all standards are met and quality service is provided to guests.

You will work closely with the Front Office staff to analyze and improve workflow and standards, and ensure effective communication between staff and other departments. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and supervise Front Office activities
  • Analyze and improve workflow and standards
  • Conduct night audit checks and handle administrative tasks
  • Ensure effective communication between staff and other departments
Requirements:
  • Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Good working knowledge of computer software applications
