We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Executive to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

The role will involve managing incoming calls and emails related to PCs, laptops, and other products and services.

The successful candidate will be required to possess excellent communication skills in both English and Thai, as well as a strong technical background in PC hardware, software, and smartphones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone and email
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with the contact centre team to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT-related disciplines or related field
  • 23 years old and above
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Thai
  • Possess initiative and ability to work independently and as a team
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in PC hardware, software, and smartphones
