Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain user accounts and prepare new computers.
  • Provide direct support via phone, chat, or email.
  • Experience with server and network outages remediation.
Qualifications:
  • Near-perfect English speaking skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT / Help Desk.
  • Entry to mid-level experience.
  • Understanding Active Directory and servers concepts.
  • A+ and N+ certifications are preferred.
  • Working knowledge with servers and networking equipment.
