Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain user accounts and prepare new computers.
- Provide direct support via phone, chat, or email.
- Experience with server and network outages remediation.
- Near-perfect English speaking skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT / Help Desk.
- Entry to mid-level experience.
- Understanding Active Directory and servers concepts.
- A+ and N+ certifications are preferred.
- Working knowledge with servers and networking equipment.
