About the role Global Account Executive - eLearning (Malaysia)Your Impact

The Global Account Executive will play a crucial part in expanding Globibo's eLearning Business globally by driving new business opportunities and building a pool of clientele. This role involves working with major brands and companies worldwide to provide better learning solutions and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Research: Identify new leads and potential markets through thorough research on organizations and industry players.
  2. Client Needs Analysis: Determine the needs of other companies and their key stakeholders/decision makers.
  3. Sales Outreach: Establish rapport and set up meetings with potential clients via email and cold calls using customized value offerings.
  4. Industry Events: Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and establish relationships.
  5. Horizonal Sales Outreach: Expand sales outreach to new contacts from existing clients.
  6. Rapport Building: Consistently build relationships with VIP clients.
  7. Proposal Presentations: Meet potential clients with exciting proposals and industry updates.
  8. Product Updates: Inform clients about new developments in the company's products.
  9. Quotations and Negotiations: Prepare quotations and negotiate effectively.
  10. Customer Support: Support customers with delivery information.
  11. Long-Term Contracts: Establish long-term support contracts through umbrella agreements for all services.
  12. Customer Service: Focus on delivering excellent customer service through effective feedback management and value-added services.
Your Potential Profile
  • Required education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Translations (or equivalent), Business, Finance, Management, or Economics; preferably a Master's or MBA.
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing regional operations, specifically in eLearning.
  • You are ideally an extroverted self-starter, optimistic & highly independent.
  • You have a proven sales track record of reaching out & penetrating new markets, industries & clients (ideally similar services).
  • You possess result orientation and high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs.
  • You are able to design organized approaches to drafting out next steps, strategies & excellent market analysis abilities.
