About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in commercial management and business development.
- The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- They will build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
- The role involves collaborating with HSE, Business Development, and Operation teams to align sales strategies with product, services, and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Sourcing activities and cost control
- Negotiation and contract management
- Foster long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in oil and gas upstream, midstream, and downstream activities
- Excellent financial acumen and business savvy
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and forecast revenues
