About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in commercial management and business development.

  • The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • They will build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
  • The role involves collaborating with HSE, Business Development, and Operation teams to align sales strategies with product, services, and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Sourcing activities and cost control
  • Negotiation and contract management
  • Foster long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in oil and gas upstream, midstream, and downstream activities
  • Excellent financial acumen and business savvy
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and forecast revenues
