Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Personal Banker, working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals. You will have the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with access to a range of training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and delivering tailored solutions.
- Financial Products and Services: Promote and sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services, including loans, deposits, credit cards, and investments.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our bank's client base.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues across the bank, communicating effectively to deliver excellent results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university/college.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience: Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or service, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
