Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and improving operational efficiency across the Underwriting (UW) Division and the company as a whole.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage project management principles to plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear objectives, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing change.
  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end business processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other meetings to educate stakeholders on new processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics, information technology, computer science, or data analytics.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business analyst roles, process improvement, data analyst, or similar capacities.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, business analysis, process improvement, and project management within a corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in business process modeling, analysis tools, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and their applications in project management.
