This role is for a night shift team leader (1 month rotation shift). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality customer service and drive business success.
The Opportunity:
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Support account management and transaction processing.
- Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions and feedback.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues according to customer agreements and processes.
- Lead teams to achieve operational goals and objectives, requiring specialist experience in freight forwarding.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 2+ years in Freight Forwarding (Sea and Air Freight). Air optional.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in account management, transaction processing, and technical/product support.
- Leadership experience in team management.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
