Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the maintenance of ICT infrastructure (networking), Computer Hardware, Server, Security, Backup system, and CCTV.
  • Provide IT general software application support such as MS Office Suite, MS Windows, basic Network Setup, Antivirus, Remote Support, LAN, WAN, Active Directory, printers, etc.
  • Resolve and monitor all IT system issues with minimal response time and minimal interruption to daily work processes.
  • Support daily IT operations.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain online marketing strategies aimed at promoting the brand and generating interest in the products and services of the company.
  • Involve the production and performance of multimedia content.

Requirements

  1. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Data & Telecommunication.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  3. Experienced in Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Printers, LAN, WIFI, M365, and SharePoint.
  4. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent writing and graphic skills.
  5. Able to multitask well, display creativity, and keep abreast of the latest industry developments.
  6. Able to speak/write Mandarin will be preferred.
  7. Good understanding of marketing concepts, best practices, and research techniques.
  8. Ability to work independently and possess initiative.
  9. Ability to commute/relocate to Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
