Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Partnerships Executive to lead our partnership efforts at Hiredly X. This role involves developing and executing strategies to grow and maintain strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and update partner products and services, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess partnership performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
  • Promote partner products and engage with beneficiaries to drive adoption and ensure partners' services meet community needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging partnership opportunities in community development, fintech, and related sectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related area is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying new market opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools for creating presentations and marketing materials.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency considered an asset.
