Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Customer Account Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and customer account development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing specific customer accounts in line with DKSH company standards, policy, performance, and strategy. This includes achieving sales and distribution targets, managing trade spend, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships across all functions and levels with assigned customer responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and distribution targets for assigned accounts.
- Manage trade spend to drive profitable ROI and improved customer/team contribution.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop relationships across all functions and levels with assigned customer responsibility.
- Identify new listing opportunities and new account opportunities with the specific customer responsibilities.
- Understand market environment (Financial climate/trends).
- Negotiate favorable trading terms on price, service, and profitability.
- Develop an account plan in line with client/company objectives, identifying opportunities to drive mutual business growth.
- Regularly review progress and investment in line with agreed objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related areas.
- Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in managerial capacity with people management experience.
