Job Description:

This position is responsible for operations of specific programs that are assigned to ensure delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic cycle counts of cargo stored in the warehouse and report any discrepancies.
  • Handle customer complaints regarding inventory.
  • Manage cargo damage and rework activities.
  • Update stock movement and adjustments in WMS.
  • Communicate and update customers on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and reorder stock for packaging materials as required.
  • Complete documentation such as inventory reports, damage reports, and submit them to customers in a timely manner.
  • Supervise a group of workers from an agency to ensure tasks are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Organize team members and delegate tasks among subordinates.
  • Support the warehouse senior executive in implementing initiatives to meet the warehouse's goals, strategy, and policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the overall warehouse area and take necessary actions.
  • Report unsafe activities within the warehouse to the immediate superior.
