Administrative Management Specialist

At ABEX Medical System Sdn Bhd, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the assigned division.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage order handling, shipments, deliveries, inventory control, and payment collection to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare quotation, tender, and service contract proposals on a timely basis.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, correspondence, and reports.
- Support department personnel with traveling arrangements and schedule appointments as needed.
- Ensure all correspondences, including emails and letters, are professionally prepared and systematically filed.
- Take and prepare minutes for relevant meetings.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Sales/Service operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application software.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with strong integrity and negotiation skills.
