About You
We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to join our team at Xsolla. This role excels in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and agile environment, passionate about creating innovative solutions that drive lasting impact.
The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of shaping product strategy, driving development, and facilitating seamless communication across diverse stakeholders. Key attributes include strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and stakeholder management.
You will work closely with game developers, publishers, and platforms to craft B2B solutions that transform the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover user needs and develop proposals for product development.
- Create and maintain a product development roadmap.
- Stay informed and prioritize tasks in the product backlog.
- Communicate the product development strategy to the team.
- Participate as a member of a product development team and contribute to building a product culture.
- Identify and mitigate product development risks, discussing these with the team and stakeholders.
- Conduct and participate in interviews with the target audience.
- Improve product metrics.
Requirements
- Required: 3+ years of experience in the video game development industry as a Game Producer, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- Recent graduates with a technical background (engineering, development, programming) and a passion for game development and product management.
- Experienced Game Designers with a focus on team management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in product marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead a team.
- A high level of English proficiency.
- Familiarity with agile product management methodologies like Kanban and Agile.
