We are looking for a dedicated and experienced After Sales Service Professional to join our team at JJ-Lurgi. As an After-Sales Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional after-sales services to our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding plant modifications and process improvements in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and communication.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems efficiently, providing expert advice and guidance when needed.
  • Conduct process calculations, prepare equipment design specifications, and support costing purposes to ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Create and review P&I diagrams, develop piping specifications, and select pipes and fittings according to class specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team to source quotations from suppliers, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Support cost control efforts to guarantee project success.
  • Participate in plant commissioning activities to stay up-to-date on plant performance and engineering designs.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit proposals for modification work or upgrading of plant for existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in oleochemical industry preferred.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, and others.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and excellent customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
