Strategic Partnership and Business Development Executive

LadderPro is looking for a highly skilled Strategic Partnership and Business Development Executive to join our team.

As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and cultivating strategic partnerships with top fundraising agencies globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies.
  • Managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating commercial terms with clients.
  • Collaborating with new clients on contracts, financial modeling, and setting up pilot campaigns with partner agencies.
  • Responding to all potential client inquiries.
  • Sourcing new investors/financiers for LadderPro.

You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute strategies that enhance our partnerships and drive revenue growth.
