Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brands' products to effectively assist customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service, staying up-to-date on current promotions and best-selling items
  • Work collaboratively with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure the store meets brand standards
  • Contribute to achieving individual and group sales targets by increasing UPT & ATV and returning customers
  • Adhere to SOPs for store operations, including opening, closing, and sales transactions
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field for non-managerial positions or 4-5 years for managerial positions
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant personality
  • A good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia languages
  • Willingness to work according to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
