Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior sales professional to join our team. As a senior sales executive, you will be responsible for delivering existing or new markets to grow the business, ensuring feasibility and successful delivery of products or services.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Marketing Strategies: Identify and deliver existing or new markets to grow the business, ensuring feasibility and successful delivery of products or services.
  2. Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in maintaining consistent contact and providing sales and marketing support for the stipulated region.
  3. Tender Preparation and Submission: Coordinate and support tender preparation and submission.
  4. Sales Reporting: Prepare reports on sales performance.
  5. Business Development: Assist in marketing business within the stipulated region.
  6. Customer Relationships: Handle all incoming mail or issues related to sales/marketing.
  7. Sales Calls: Make regularly scheduled sales calls on all major customers within the region.
  8. Industry Events: Attend trade shows as required to benefit the business.
  9. Identify New Opportunities: Assist the sales/marketing manager in identifying new business opportunities for development.
  10. Market Intelligence: Analyze market segments.
  11. Sales Team Enablement: Educate the sales force to convey company objectives and set up sales programs.
  12. Presentation Development: Develop effective presentations to create awareness for current market conditions, market trends, and client needs.
  13. Compliance: Ensure that all sales are conducted within clients' and recognized industry health and safety regulations.
  14. HSE Commitment: Demonstrate commitment to the continual improvement of Health & Safety and Environment (HSE) performance. Adhere to applicable Quality Management System by exercising necessary standards and processes when carrying out responsibilities to ensure compliance with the QMS requirements.

Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Engineering/Science with 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales with a good track record.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, along with good business acumen and the ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and their requirements.
