Our team at Acclime is dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients in Malaysia and the region. As a Senior Manager, Corporate Secretarial, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for both listed and non-listed companies.
Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, advising clients on corporate governance, preparing and reviewing resolutions and documents, and liaising with relevant authorities. Required Skills and Qualifications:- Qualifications in Chartered Secretary or LLB with 4-5 years of experience as Assistant Manager, 5-7 years as Manager, or 8-10 years as Senior Manager.
- Knowledge of Listing Requirements, Companies Act, Capital Market and Securities Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience in advising Board members on governance, compliance, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, lead teams, and provide guidance on company secretarial matters.
