Job Description:
- Lead the daily operation of APAC Administrative offices, ensuring efficient management of resources and personnel.
- Provide high-level project coordination and operational support to Facilities Management and client base, meeting organizational and business unit needs.
- Develop and implement audit services for outsourced suppliers in regulatory areas for APAC sites, Compliance, and Procure-to-Pay process performed by outsourced integrated facilities management provider.
- Maintain customer relationships with senior site leaders and business team leadership for Kimberly-Clark administrative sites.
- Drive accountability for cost-effective facility services documented with Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
- Manage Annual/Adhoc PR/PO for each managed site (mills and offices), including invoice reconciliation, accruals, GR/IR, and vendor payment issues.
- Manage contingent worker account data on Workday.
- Deliver safe operation and compliance with Kimberly-Clark and EHS facility policy as well as other regulatory requirements.
- Communicate and implement policies and procedures established by the company related to Facilities Management.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Work directly with Senior Site Leaders on facilities strategies and tactical solutions, evaluating feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Comply with leasehold obligations and maintain strong working relationships with landlords.
- Assume ownership of operating expense budgets for APAC Administrative Office cost centers.
- Identify opportunities to reduce service delivery costs and drive innovation.
About You
You're a results-driven professional with a passion for Facilities Management. With a background in business-related fields and experience in similar environments, you'll excel in this role. Your excellent communication skills and ability to interface with various levels will help you develop and present thoughtful recommendations, influencing strategic departmental direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field combined with at least 5 years of prior relevant experience in a similar business environment or job function.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in SAP or Coupa software strongly preferred.
- Flexibility, multitasking, and effective project management skills are essential.
- Prior experience in multi-market roles and managing vendors/stakeholders remotely is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills are critical, including the ability to interface with various levels and develop thoughtful recommendations.
- Prior experience in Facilities Management, general facilities work, maintenance, logistics, and repair is preferred.
- Past experience in project management is also beneficial.
- Prior experience working with Kimberly-Clark is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is preferred.
