About the Role
CARSOME is seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to lead our New Car Dealers (NCD) partnership efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies to enhance efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and achieve ambitious sales targets assigned by your team.
  • NCD Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new car dealers, identifying opportunities to grow business partnerships.
  • Pricing Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of used cars pricing requests from new car dealers, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of business objectives and align with established standards.
  • Goal Setting: Set clear sales objectives and establish action plans to achieve targeted results.

Your Qualifications
  • Education: High Secondary, STPM, A-Level, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience or strong connections within the car industry pool.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel and valid driver's license with own transportation.
  • Key Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with added value for candidates from the car industry.
  • Core Requirements: A 'go-getter' attitude, taking ownership of responsibilities, and limited tolerance for excuses.
