Responsibilities

The HR Executive will be responsible for:

  1. Handling payroll processing, including computing wages and allowances, checking attendance, medical claims, leave updates, and maintaining employee files.
  2. Conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process for new employees.
  3. Conducting employee training and development programs.
  4. Handling disciplinary issues and grievances of employees to ensure that they are resolved fairly and in compliance with employment law.
  5. Coordinating documentation and administration of recruitment, letter/memo, confirmation, extension/termination, resignation, transfer, and other staff movements.
  6. Liaising with government bodies pertaining to statutory issues/compliances such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB, etc.
  7. Upkeeping, registering, processing, and making monthly contributions for all statutory requirements and generating EA forms annually.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Relations practices, Labour Law, and latest Government regulations.
  • Good knowledge of Payroll system and HRIS will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulousness, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strict discipline in maintaining confidentiality.
