Job Description

The Technical Customer Care / Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the StoreHub platform and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the StoreHub platform to assist customers with troubleshooting and navigation.
  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming tickets and distribute them to the relevant teams.
  • Drive a successful customer experience by assisting customers at varying skill levels to get the best use of the product.
  • Learnto follow and maintain a streamlined bug filing process.
  • Take ownership of small technical issues to escalated software bugs and solve for the customer from beginning to end.
  • Support the Beep Delivery Team to handle customer and merchant inquiries when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service related role.
  • Extremely determined to solve customer's problems accompanied by a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Highly curious in asking the right questions to get to the root cause of an issue.
  • Able to pick up technical concepts and information quickly.
  • Responsive to feedback and apply it immediately.
  • Able to multitask and switch between tools effortlessly.
  • Resourcefulness in finding solutions when things are unclear.
  • Able to work on public holidays, weekends, and on shift rotations (am/pm).
  • Applicant must be eligible to work in Malaysia legally.
