Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, providing a seamless shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in locating products within the store, ensuring they find what they need efficiently.
  • Answer customer questions regarding product features, prices, and availability accurately, building trust and loyalty.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by actively promoting products to customers, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels regularly, informing supervisors about any shortages or overstocks to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the retail outlet, organizing shelves, dusting displays, and ensuring overall store appearance meets high standards.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping of the storeroom for efficient inventory management, streamlining processes and reducing waste.
  • Perform Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately while handling cash or credit/debit card payments, maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide correct change to customers during cash transactions, exceeding expectations and building customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute actively to achieve sales targets by participating in promotional events and campaigns, driving business results and growth.
Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Muji, you will require:

  • High school SPM or Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Previous experience as a Retail Assistant or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fresh grads are also welcomed to apply.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays if required.
