In this position, you will promote Think Academy, share information about our job opportunities, and raise awareness about our career fairs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promotion and Branding: Actively promote the employer brand of the campus recruitment using existing resources.
  • Channel Development: Continuously explore new recruitment channels to expand the recruitment scope.
  • Online Promotion: Forward and promote employer recruitment-related content to increase influence.
  • Offline Promotion: Actively promote on-the-ground activities such as campus roadshows; complete weekly offline promotion targets.
  • Information Gathering: Collect information about campus job fairs, student job intentions, etc.
  • Employer Branding: Assist Think Academy in maintaining relationships with universities and establish a positive image among faculty and students.
  • Campus Talent Scouting: Identify and cultivate talent within the campus, enriching personal resources.

The requirements for this position include being an enrolled student, having leadership experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong network of contacts on campus, and a flexible schedule.

As a Campus Ambassador, you will receive competitive compensation including a base salary of MYR1200-RM1500 per month, plus commission based on referrals and successful placements.
