Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that drive business success.

Main Duties:

  • Work with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment plans that meet business objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Design and maintain job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment tools.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and regional HR projects.

About the Team

This role reports to the Regional TA Lead and involves collaborating with the TA team across ASEAN. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional setup.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
