About the Job

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our growing Digital team in IKEA Southeast Asia & Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering digital products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide input into product development.
  • Drive product development and implementation to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product launch and ongoing product support.

Requirements:

  • Proven track-record of leading digital development for digital solutions, with a good balance between customer/user experience and business focus, in a cross-functional development team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills, with a drive for results and optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, a good communicator, listener and influencer, able to express and identify different point of views and weigh priorities and decisions.
