As a Business Operations Coordinator at Norvic Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to our Company Secretaries.

You will assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents, maintain accurate corporate records, schedule and coordinate board and shareholder meetings, take detailed minutes of meetings, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file statutory documents with relevant authorities
  • Maintain accurate corporate records and registers
  • Schedule and coordinate board and shareholder meetings
  • Take detailed minutes of meetings and follow up on action items
  • Provide administrative support to the Company Secretaries as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Liaise with clients, authorities and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a company secretarial or administrative support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable with various digital tools
  • Knowledge of corporate compliance and governance procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
