Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in business operations roles, preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex business information to various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to analyze problems, identify creative solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
