As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Technical, Pricing, Finance, Legal and Market Management, to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow existing client relationships.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing effective plans to pursue them.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets.
  • Managing client expectations and commitments.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in a Sales or Account/Relationship Management role within a large commercial environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective account development plans.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work towards tough deadlines and work under pressure.
