About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Fintech Specialist to join our team at Razer. As a Fintech Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to customers and merchants utilizing our payment gateway services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues related to payment processing, transaction failures, system errors, and other operational challenges in a timely manner.
  2. Act as a point of escalation for technical issues beyond the scope of front-line support agents, providing guidance and support to junior support agents.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of systems, including product development, software engineering, and sales.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field required.
  2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in fintech or payment processing industry is necessary for this position.
  3. Prior experience in technical support or customer service within the fintech or payment processing industry is highly preferred.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues across multiple platforms are essential.
