Job Description

As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate, you will utilise your Japanese language skills to support Japan and Asia Pacific operations in Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) or a combination of both, depending on your team's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage cash flows and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and disputes
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Japanese language (similar to JLPT N1/2/3 level) and business-level English
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in accounting / finance / related areas. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Eligibility to work in Malaysia
