As a consultant, your role will entail cultivating strong client relationships, guiding them through an unparalleled customer journey, easing them through an exceptional customer experience tailored exclusively for their journey in acquiring Hyundai vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and transform leads to attain sales targets.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer information to secure customer loyalty, actively contributing to the success of all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives.
  • Ensure the vehicle is properly prepared and ready for delivery.
  • Attend sales training when nominated by the Company.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to actively participate in on-duty vehicle sales campaigns.
  • Gather comprehensive knowledge about our entire product range to respond accurately to inquiries and maintain up-to-date expertise.
  • Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform showroom duties according to the roster.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or other relevant fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
