Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital & Technology Risk Auditor to join our team at TIME's Group. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for managing audit activities, leading a team of internal auditors, and providing independent assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of information technology and information security controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Audit Activities: Ensure that audit activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards, providing value to the Bank.
  2. Lead Internal Auditors: Lead a team of internal auditors in the execution of audit engagements and prepare internal audit reports reflecting the results of work performed.
  3. Ensure Audit Standards: Ensure that auditing standards and procedures are observed and requirements of audit quality assurance are met.
  4. Provide Independent Assurance: Provide independent assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of information technology and information security controls in the Bank.
  5. Track Audit Recommendations: Track the implementation and closure of audit recommendations and report on overdue issues.
  6. Provide Advisory Services: Provide advisory and consulting services as and when needed.
  7. Participate in Cross-Border Assignments: Participate in cross-border assignments and share work knowledge and best practices.
  8. Maintain Business Partnerships: Maintain good business partnerships with stakeholders and ensure that Audit is kept informed of emerging IT risk and trends and/or new developments.
  9. Professional Development: Maintain a professional development plan to continually develop technical, interpersonal, and management skills consistent with the requirements set by Audit Division.
  10. Enhance Audit Processes: Increase the effectiveness of audit processes by leveraging on data analytics for risk discovery and insights.

Requirements:

  1. Education: University Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, and preferably with a CISA, CISSP, or CISM.
  2. Experience: Experience in IT auditing and data analytics with exposure in any of the following areas: cyber security, information security management, ID management, application systems development, telecommunication and network, IT infrastructure, IT projects, and systems support.
  3. Skills: Strong risk-based auditing experience with hands-on experience in data analytics preferably ACL and/or QlikView.
  4. Knowledge: Good knowledge of various operating systems, databases, mainframe, and/or midrange, with working or auditing experience in at least one platform.
  • Self-Starter: A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Hardworking: Hardworking and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present audit findings and recommendations to audit clients.
  • Travel: Willing to travel 15%-20%.
