Job Description

We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to join our sales team, responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring seamless communication with customers. This role requires a strong background in sales administration and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales administration experience or indoor sales experience is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with all levels of staff.
  • Results-oriented individual with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
