About the Role

This role is part of Roche's Procurement team, focusing on executing day-to-day activities according to highest standards of financial control, compliance and best practice.

The ideal candidate will ensure quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and SOPs of the respective business sub-process.

Key responsibilities include validating and processing Purchase Requisitions, converting them to Purchase Orders, managing and resolving internal and external queries, participating in invoice reconciliation process, and executing accurate and timely reports.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Ensure all Purchase Requisitions are complete and compliant with Procurement Policy before processing them.
  • Convert Purchase Requisitions/Shopping Carts to Purchase Orders efficiently.
  • Purchase Order amendment, close and cancellation processes must be managed effectively.
  • Manage and resolve internal and external queries regarding procurement-related matters.
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable team to resolve any outstanding invoice reconciliation or mismatch issues.
  • Execute and produce accurate and timely reports for management review.
  • Manage and execute quote collections (RFP/RFQ) and multiple source biddings when applicable.
  • Manage Contract Repository - Ensure all contracts are filed and easily accessible for future use.
  • Review and update SOP, DTP & CCP timely.
  • Adhere to the Procurement Policy, Directive, Guidelines and Local Procurement SOPs strictly.
  • Actively participate in new projects such as ASPIRE/MyBuy, attending related meetings, trainings, knowledge transfer etc.
