The Role

You will lead our QA practice in developing and implementing testing strategies and plans. This includes designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing based on business requirements.

Your goal is to ensure that our in-house developed systems meet high-quality standards expected by the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and plans
  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases
  • Mentor and train QA team members
  • Create and review test acceptance criteria
  • Reduce risk through clear analysis and tailored reporting
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of test analysis and acceptance criteria processes. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Serenity is also essential.

In addition, you should have experience with functional tests and integration tests, as well as setting up test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
